The Containerwise shallow Long-Life 77 Cell Shallow Propagation Module Tray
The 77 cell module tray is perfect to start out your salad seeds or flower seedlings.
With a cell size of 3 centimeters, it fits enough compost to provide the small sprouting plants with the nutrients and space to grow their first roots.
We like to use this tray to start out loads of multi-sown spinach. Giving us roughly 250 spinach plants in only 35 by 21,5 centimeter. We also had great results with lavender and cornflowers.
We use Module Trays to extend our season by germinating the plants indoors before they can go out, but also to save space and control over the germination conditions. The 77 cell Module Tray from Containerwise is made out of recycled plastic and can also be recycled again. Due to the large hole in each cell, you can easily plop out the seedlings without damaging the roots or plant. The drainage also improves because accessive water can drain out, but also go up if you like to water your seedlings from below. You don't have to worry about compost falling though.
All Containerwise seed trays we offer are made out of strong plastic to ensure you can use these seed trays for a long time (15 years at least). You don’t have to worry about tearing or breaking these trays.
