Green cauliflower – Romanesco White gold F1 (Brassica oleracea)
Green cauliflower, also known as romanesco grows beautiful green curds with a fractal pattern (never-ending). Roasting the romanesco florets brings out the flavor of broccoli and cauliflower. You can add some lemon, garlic, and oil before roasting. If you like to try them first you can usually find them around September and through November at farmer’s markets or some supermarkets. Cauliflower is not easy to grow. Don’t give up after your first try. Keep in mind to plant them at the right moment. If you like to read more about how to grow cauliflower check out our blog.
