Productinformation
Nasturtium Black Velvet (Tropaeolum majus)
An ornamental, edible, and sacrificial plant that attracts many pollinators. You can grow the plants in beds, pots, and borders. Nasturtium Black Velvet is a fast-growing ground covering plant but you can easily remove and cut back this annual. You can grow Nasturtium Black Velvet as sacrificial plants for insects because they are attracted to the plants. As soon as you see infected parts you simply cut out those parts. So it mainly works as an insect trap, especially for aphids.
