Productinformation

Swiss Chard Lucullus (Beta vulgaris)
Swiss chard can be harvested for salads as small leaves. Full-grown leaves and stems can be boiled, or stir-fried. You can also stew or steam them. You can also prepare them in the oven (e.g. as a chard pie), or make chard mash or soup. The possibilities are endless. The Leaves do not store well so it’s best to prepare them soon after harvesting. If you like to know more about the preparation of swiss chard you can read more about them in this (dutch) blog post.
