Summer carrot – Nantes 2
Summer carrot nantes can be sown from mid-March to early July in the open ground on rows; possibly thin out slightly. Sweet summer carrot, which can be left for quite a long time and then gives a high yield.

Sowing and harvesting

• Direct sow in March, April, May, and early June
• Cover early spring sowings with a frost cloth
• Harvest  in July until October

Growing advice

• Sow in rows (25/30 cm spacing) in open ground
• Thin out to 2 cm spacing in between seedlings
• Do not let the soil dry out during germination
