Packaging & Shipping

We make proud work of packing and shipping our products. The decision was made to not only avoid using any plastic tape but also never use a box bigger than needed. This makes sure our boxes can be used for no-dig gardening or be used for your compost bin and also that no fuel and space is wasted on delivering the packages.

When can I expect my order?

We aim to ship all orders placed before 4:00 pm on working days the same day. If you live in the Netherlands, your order will be delivered the next day. Shipments in the Benelux & Germany usually take 1 to 2 working days. Orders to France, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Austria take anywhere from 2 to 7 working days. Orders outside of these regions can take anywhere from 7 to 14 working days.

Want to request a refund?

We believe that refunding should be a smooth and easy process. If you are not happy with the products you receive, you should be happy with how easy it is to send them back. You’ve got 90 days to think and see if you want to keep the products.

What are the shipping costs?

Since we offer to ship to almost all European countries the shipping can vary a lot. Can I pick up my order?

We don’t have a “store” in which you can pick up your order. That’s why we have a fast delivery service.

Can I choose a time slot for the delivery?

Yes if you are from the Netherlands you are able to choose to for it delivered in the evening or during the day. For international shipments, the package will be delivered during the day.

When will my package be delivered?

To find the current status of your order you can go to the email with the tracking code or find your tracking link in your account.

How come the tracking status hasn't been updated?

It might take a while for the couriers to scan your package. If this is the case you might not see any updates for a few days. If the package seems to be stuck for longer feel free to contact the customer service and we will take a look together.
