Packaging & Shipping

With a lot of care, we pack and ship your gardening products. We decided to pack and ship packages in a way that makes you and us happy. The decision was made to not only avoid using any plastic tape and filler but also never use a box bigger than needed. This way we minimize the impact of transport and avoid plastic waste. You can use the cardboard boxes for your no-dig garden beds or compost bin if you like. We sometimes re-use boxes we get or shred them to wrap and protect your products during the bumpy ride from our warehouse to your garden.

When can I expect my order?

We aim to ship all orders placed before 11:00 pm on working days the same day. If you live in the Netherlands, your order will be delivered the next day. Shipments in the Benelux & Germany usually take 1 to 2 business days. Orders to France, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Austria take anywhere from 2 to 7 working days. Orders outside of these regions can take anywhere from 7 to 14 working days.

What are the shipping costs?

Since we offer to ship to almost all European countries the shipping can vary a lot. Here is a list with the estimates, this may vary based on VAT charges.

Can I pick up my order?

We don’t have a “store” in which you can pick up your order. That’s why we have a fast delivery service.

Can I choose a time slot for the delivery?

Yes if you are from the Netherlands you are able to choose to for it delivered in the evening or during the day. For international shipments, the package will be delivered during the day.

When will my package be delivered?

To find the current status of your order you can go to the email with the tracking code or find your tracking link in your account.

How come the tracking status hasn't been updated?

It might take a while for the couriers to scan your package. If this is the case you might not see any updates for a few days. If the package seems to be stuck for longer feel free to contact the customer service and we will take a look together.
