Radicchio- Rossa Di Chioggia 3 (Cichorium intybus)
This variety can be sown from mid-June to late July outdoors in rows and thin out about 3/4 weeks later. Preferably do not transplant. Great for mixed salads; radicchio is harvested before winter.

• Can be direct sown in June and July;
• The radicchio can be harvested from September until November.

Advice and tips

• We like to continuously harvest the outer leaves of the radicchio for a longer harvesting window
• This variety looks great in salads
• You can let the head develop and harvest the entire plant at once if you like.
