Corn Salad or lambs lettuce – Verte a Coeur Plein 2 (Valerianella locusta)
Classic corn salad variety for spring and winter harvest. Grow plants close together. Grow plants in a greenhouse or low tunnel during winter for a fresh harvest all winter long! This salad can be eaten fresh or stewed. It has a slightly nutty flavor. We especially like corn salad mixed with arugula, balsamic vinegar, and feta.
