Endive – yellow full heart (Cichorium endivia)
A robust and older endive variety that can withstand colder temperatures.

Sowing and harvesting

• Start indoors/under cover in late February or March for an early harvest
• Sow seeds in trays in mid to late summer for an extended autumn and winter harvest
• Harvest outer leaves regularly or grow on to harvest full hearts
• Start seeds in cd60/cd15/cd30 trays or 40 or 77 cell trays

Growing advice

• You can grow endive in summer but you will have to harvest plants early to prevent flowering

package contains 1 gram, around 600 seeds. Always store your seeds in a dark, cool, and dry place. Never store seeds in your greenhouse!
