Pros and cons

According to our gardening experts

  • Yellow beetroots no only look beautiful when prepared, its also much easier to prepare without that intense red juice!
  • Beetroots need to be watered regularly during summer months. Without propper watering the root develop will suffer.
  • Does not store well outside the fridge

Multisowing beetroots is a fantastic way to maximize your harvest in the same space. Simply sow 3 to 4 seeds in one cell and plant them out as a clump of seedlings. Our favorite way to enjoy beetroots is to wrap them in aluminum foil with thyme, honey, and sea salt.
