Sow rocket seeds directly into the soil about 0.5 cm deep, spacing them approximately 15 cm apart. Or sow them indoors in a seed tray, we recommend the 77-cell shallow tray. Water consistently to keep the soil moist but not waterlogged, as rocket is particularly sensitive to drying out, which can also intensify its peppery flavor.

To prevent bolting, especially in the prickly leaf variety, provide shade and maintain consistent soil moisture.
