Shipping

Can I decide delivery times?

We currently don't offer time specific delivery. Ordering today before 22.00 will make sure your package gets shipped out today.

For Dutch, German and Belgium Customers, this usually means it will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days.

For orders outside of those countries we have fast delivery that can take anywhere from 2 to 7 days in europe.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 1-9 days. Next day shipping is available on all orders from The Netherlands, Germany and Belgium. International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

How does free shipping work?

As someone needs to pay for shipping it's either you or us. So if there is free shipping applied, we arrange that for you.

Can I delivery my parcel to a pick up point?

Yes. In the ordering process you indicate that you want to pick up your package at a pick up point.

The same shipping prices and times apply.

I need the package quickly, what to do?

If you need to get the fastest delivery possible it's best to get in touch with us directly either by phone or email.

We'll arrange for the order to be put up front in line and make sure it gets shipped out.

How much is shipping?

Since we offer to ship to almost all European countries the shipping can vary a lot. Here is a list with the estimates, this may vary based on VAT charges.

Sadly it's impossible to get all packages with you on time and in one piece.

Warranty, repair and insurance

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 90 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Before you send back your package, please fill in the return form.

What kind of warranty do I have?

To start, on most products is a warranty of 2 years. Because products should last at least 2 years with normal use.

If you run into any issues, get in touch and we'll have a look together at how to solve the issue.

If you want to refund an item or send it back for repair. Fill in the quick online refund/repair form or the contact form.

How do I report my repair?

Your repair can be submitted through the online refund form or by contacting us through the contact form.

How can I place an order?

Place an order by adding products to your cart with the "add to cart" button. From there you will be able to go to your cart with the shopping cart icon at the right top of your screen.

Next there will be instructions taking your through the check out process to place your order.

Would you rather speak to an employee? Call the customer service.

Is my product in stock?

The stock of each item can be found on the product page.

How can I change my order?

You can change your order if you have not received a shipping confirmation email. If you are unsure, contact our customer service.

My address is wrong

If your address is wrong, feel free to contact us directly by calling or sending an email.

It might be that your package is already shipped out, but we'll arrange for it to come back to us and ship it to the right address.

What if I'm not satisfied?

We are sorry to hear you might not be satisfied with your order.

How do I cancel my order

You can cancel your order in your account. Important to note, you can only do this as long as you haven't received a shipping confirmation email.

If it's already shipped, you may refuse it at the door or return it for free via the refund form.

Exchanges and returns

Which return options do I have?

You can return any item within 90 days of delivery.

For this you can use the online refund form.

If your product is broken, feel free to get in touch with the customer service and we'll ship out a replacement.

Can I try a product at home?

Yes, we don't have a physical store, so we offer a free 90 day return policy.

That way you can test out the products in your own time.

Don't like the product? You can return it by using the refund forms.

Do you offer afterpay?

We currently don't offer after pay. You can use a credit card as this will be debited at a later time.

Do I have to pay to return my product?

No, refunds are free. Pack your products in it's original package plus box and we'll arrange the shipment.

You can fill in the refund form and you will automatically receive a shipping label.

Where can I find my invoice?

With the confirmation of your order you will receive an invoice.

Business invoice

Are you in need of an invoice without VAT for a business order?

Please get in touch with us directly before ordering. We'll arrange the invoice beforehand.

Business orders from outside The Netherlands can not be placed through the website.

What is our IBAN

We have a IBAN, but this is not used. We use an online payment system called Mollie.

With this you will get all the information for your bank transfer payment once you place the order.

With that will be the IBAN you need to use plus the reference for the order.
