Incorrect or Damaged Item

Received a damaged item or the wrong product? Please let us know as soon as possible via our Contact Page. We will respond within 2 business days with a suitable solution.

Cooling-Off Period & Right of Withdrawal

You have 90 days to decide whether you want to keep your purchase. During this period, you can request a return or exchange without giving a reason.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you return the entire order, we'll refund the outward shipping costs in addition to the purchase price.
