Broad Beans – Tripple white (Vicia faba)
Tripple white or in dutch driemaal wit is a popular dutch broad bean variety. The flowers are white and the plants do not grow so tall that they need staking. The beans are very suitable for the freezer and the flavor is milder. Even after cooking the color is fresh and white to green.
