Productinformation
White Cabbage – Roem van Enkhuizen 2 (Brassica oleracea)
The Roem van Enkhuizen variety of Dutch white cabbage produces sizable heads with a light green color. It falls under the category of mid-to late-season varieties, usually requiring approximately 85-95 days of growth before harvesting fresh cabbage. As with any member of the cabbage family, it is advisable to take measures to protect the plants from butterflies, particularly during their caterpillar stage when they tend to be hungry, non-stop eaters.

- Start in March or April – for early autumn harvest;
